When I set out planning my husband's 40th birthday party, I knew I would need some serious support. Things at work were crazy busy and I wanted to ensure that the party went off without a hitch. Aside from figuring out who would be attending, Sharon handled every detail. I found her a consummate professional. She managed the suppliers so well and asked all the right questions so everyone was clear on what was needed and what was to be delivered, when, by whom and for how much. She handled the invites, RSVPs, center pieces, cake, catering, bar, band, DJ, video and when she saw that no one was taking photos she even took the photos all night! We had 80 guests and joked that it was a mini wedding. She brought the event in under budget and over expectation. And the best part? I got to take all the credit when friends and family commented on how I had "set the bar pretty high"...if only they know how little I did!

When I was 7 months pregnant my husband and I started to look for an event planner to throw our baby her “coming home” party. Sharon met with us a number of times while I was pregnant and pitched several themes for the day. As my belly grew…so did my guest list. Sharon had so many great ideas from the invites to catering and decorations… we used them all! She even assisted me with registering for the baby gifts.
We had over 70 guests at Jenny’s baby shower. The whole day was filled with activities for adults and for children. No one was left out. Sharon even created customized baby shower games for the party. These games were not your usual shower games. Jenny Bingo rocked. Everyone loved it. Even Jenny loved it and she was only 7 weeks old! Sharon you are so creative and you kept me calm throughout the day. THANK YOU!

We had a fabulous wedding day, and Sharon deserves a huge thanks for helping keep
things on track. She had been very generous with her time in the weeks leading up
to our wedding, and so really had gotten a clear sense of what kind of event we
were looking for. That investment paid off handsomely, as she was in all the right
places and said all the right things on the wedding day itself. Of course the single
most valuable thing she did was take care of things we had NOT accounted
for! There was a certain small incident involving Dale and his malfunctioning bow-tie
... for which Sharon intervened and capably resolved.
Having been involved in many events and functions over the years, Nancy's parents
were also quite impressed with her work. If you're looking for someone to help
tone down stress levels around your wedding day, we couldn't recommend Sharon more highly.

Payton's Planning President, Sharon was so instrumental in the success of our fabulous
wedding day. Her organization, quick thinking and overall attention was priceless.
This is one example of how Sharon saved the day.
We realized only at the rehearsal, that the church did not have air conditioning.
It turned out that our wedding day was on the hottest day of the year. In anticipation
of the heat, without direction Sharon came up with the idea to have hand held fans
in the pews, just in case. Believe me our guests were very grateful and our photographer
was able to capture the beauty of the fans in some of our pictures. She really came
through for us in so many ways.
We had a very large wedding party and over three hundred guests. Sharon managed
it all with a calmness that was so comforting on what could have been a very stressful
day. Our wedding party later told us how attentive she was towards them as well.
You really could not ask for more in a wedding planner and we would recommend her
in a second.
