Wedding consultation includes:
- Budget management
- Theme selection
- Vendor recommendations
- Wedding etiquette
- Itinerary preparation
- Any questions or concerns that you would like to discuss
Wedding consultation is charged at a fee of $150 for the first hour and $50 for
each additional hour.
Wedding day coordination is an ideal option for couples who prefer to make all the
arrangements themselves but would like help making sure the day runs smoothly. Wedding
day coordination includes:
- Meeting prior to the wedding day
- Schedule management
- Confirming / coordinating vendors
- Coordinating venue decorations
- Attendance at the wedding rehearsal
- Attendance at the ceremony and reception
- Attendance during the wedding photo session
Wedding day coordination is charged at a flat fee of $500.
Wedding coordination includes:
- Timeline preparation
- Budget management
- Theme recommendation and selection
- Venue recommendation and selection
- Guestlist and seating plan organization
- Attendance at the wedding rehearsal
- Attendance at the ceremony and reception
- Attendance during the wedding photo session
- Schedule management
- Itinerary preparation
- Vendor recommendations including catering, flourist, invitations, makeup artist,
transportation, etc.
Wedding coordination is charged at 10% of the wedding budget with a minimum of $1,000.
